The inspiration behind our catering is proprietor and award winning chef Craig Brookes. For many years now his culinary flair, passion and dedication to his food means he has received numerous awards and recognition. Previously he ran the successful Brookes restaurant for over 12 years - gaining the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand, and for seven consecutive years a coveted AA Rosette award for culinary excellence.



After being recommended by a close friend and reading the reviews on Trip Advisor we decided to go today. I was so impressed that I have to write my review immediately. The beef and sleep casserole was the nicest I have ever tasted and was perfectly accompanied by a herby dumpling which was crunchy on the outside
